Return & Refund Policy:

We have established a 7-Day Return policy, which permits you to initiate a return within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Please be advised that the return period will automatically close after 7 days.

To commence the return process, please send us an email at care.kaapav@gmail.com will only be considered within 7 working days, including your order ID and the reason for the return. An unboxing video is required for all return requests.

The cost of reverse shipping, which is INR 60 per order, will be the customer's responsibility. This amount will be deducted from your total refund once we receive the returned items.

Key Points to Keep in Mind:

1. Damaged & Missing Products: We implement a thorough 3-layer inspection process to minimize errors. If you receive a damaged product, you must report it within 7 days of delivery, providing an unboxing video that clearly shows the damage. Failure to provide this evidence may result in the rejection of your return/exchange request. If you ordered multiple items, only the damaged item will be eligible for return.

Refunds for damaged items will be processed within 7 days after we receive the product. Ensure that the video is clear and highlights the damaged or missing parts. A complete 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel is required. Insufficient evidence or signs of tampering may lead to denial of your claim. The brand reserves the right to make the final decision.

2. Dislike: If you are not satisfied with a product upon delivery, you can request a reverse pickup within 7 days. Please note that a shipping fee of INR 60 will be deducted. 

You will receive your refund amount within 7 days after we receive the product, provided it is unused and in good condition. If your return is rejected, the refund will not be issued.

Once you have submitted your return request, please be available for the reverse pickup and respond to calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable, the pickup may be canceled, and you will need to restart the process, which may extend the timeline. Some pin codes may only allow forward service and not reverse service; in such cases, you may need to return the product via an alternate courier service.

3. Returns and exchanges will be processed at the order level, not on a product-by-product basis. We no longer accept requests for returns or exchanges on individual products.

4. Individual jewelry items in a combo or gift box cannot be returned or exchanged.

5. Products purchased during special promotions, contests, clearance sales, or any special schemes are not eligible for return or exchange.

6.Disputes if any, are subject to the Jurisdiction of the Courts in Bangalore only.

7.Above terms and conditions can be modified by KAAPAV at any time

8.We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information

Cancellation Policy:

Due to operational challenges, we do not accept order cancellations. We recommend that customers carefully consider their orders before placing them.
